Ruling that Apple Computer uses its fruit logo in association with their iTunes store, and not the music itself, a british judge has ruled against Apple Corp, the record label of the Beatles. Apple Computer will be able to use its famous apple logo. The record company reportedly will appeal.

Why are "The Beatles" doing this? Are they afraid people will mistake Apple Computer with The Beatles' record label? The Beatles - a band that broke up more than 30 years ago. Most iTunes customers probably were still in diapers when they split. Is there not enough money associated with The Beatles music and marketing? Why are they picking on Apple, really?
