Soldiers Must Get Approval to Email, Blog

Wired News has obtained rules from the U.S. Army which order soldiers to get clearance from a superior officer before sending personal email or posting to a blog. The directive was issued on April 19, and failure to comply may result in a court-martial, or "administrative, disciplinary, contractual, or criminal action."
