Deputy Gylfie, Photography Isn't a Crime

Shawn Nee, the photographer who is also known as Discarted, and who was our guest on March 7, 2009, has once again been detained for taking photographs, legally, in a public place. This time he was stopped by LA Sheriff's Deputy Richard Gylfie who, as is common, uses fear of terrorism and threats of FBI investigations is his effort to stop this legal activity.

The article above offers one ray of encouragement. The adbot doing its dumbass keyword mumbojumbo throws all those ads in your face for "Careers in Homeland Security", beside an article that is critical of Homeland Silliness. Reaffirmation that I am STILL smarter than the machine.
